RECRUITING HIGH-PAYING JOBS
One of my top priorities is creating real economic opportunity for the Myrtle Beach area. Too many of our families are working hard but still struggling to make ends meet, and it’s time we change that. By partnering directly with our Chamber of Commerce, I will focus on attracting companies and industries that bring good, stable jobs paying $50,000 or more. These are the kinds of careers that allow families to build a future, buy a home, and stay rooted in our community.
Together, we can make Myrtle Beach not only a great place to visit, but also a place where people can thrive year-round. By building strong partnerships, supporting smart growth, and ensuring we welcome businesses that invest in our people, we will raise the standard of living and strengthen our local economy for the long term.

Partner with the Chamber of Commerce and city leadership to recruit employers who pay $50,000 or more, Creating lasting prosperity for our residents.

Investing in People-Our greatest strength is our people. I will partner with schools, colleges, and businesses to develop a skilled workforce—so our children don’t have to leave Myrtle Beach to find opportunity.

Economic Transformation-I will vigorously pursue the vision of making Myrtle Beach the next tech hub of the Southeast. We will specialize in Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity—two of the top most unfilled jobs in America today. These careers start at over $100,000 a year, and many of them can be achieved with just six months of training. By partnering with the Pentagon, federal agencies, and private industry, we will create a powerful pipeline of opportunity for our people. This is how we keep our young talent here in Myrtle Beach, building careers, raising families, and strengthening our economy year-round.

City Development-We deserve world-class infrastructure. I will fight for affordable housing, modern transportation, and smart planning that balances growth with our city’s unique charm.
